Trailhead Learning operates on a defined academic calendar and offers two enrollment pathways for the year.

Students attend Tuesday through Thursday and participate fully in the life of the learning community. This option provides a consistent academic foundation while offering flexibility for families, with a mid-week schedule that supports a steady learning rhythm.

Tuition: $7,800 annually
or $650 per month with a 12-month payment schedule beginning in June

Well-suited for families seeking steady academic engagement while maintaining flexibility in their weekly rhythm.

Families seeking a more immersive experience may choose the five-day option. Additional days provide greater continuity, extended academic engagement, and deeper participation in the daily rhythm of the program.

or $900 per month with a 12-month payment schedule beginning in June

Best suited for families desiring a fully integrated elementary experience with consistent daily engagement.

Tuition reflects small-group instruction, individualized guidance, and the depth of a full academic year commitment.

Families participating in the Utah Fits All Scholarship Program may apply scholarship funds toward eligible tuition expenses as they become available through the program. Families apply directly through the state scholarship program and are responsible for completing the application process.

Enrollment Fee
A non-refundable $250 enrollment fee is due when a family accepts an offered space. This fee secures a student’s place in the learning community and supports enrollment preparation.

Activity & Materials Fee
A $300 annual fee supports classroom materials, project supplies, and enrichment activities throughout the year.

Tuition may be paid in full or through the monthly payment schedule.

One month of tuition is due at enrollment and is applied to the final month of the academic year.

Monthly tuition payments are processed through secure ACH bank withdrawal. Families enroll in automatic payments during the enrollment process.

Families receiving Utah Fits All Scholarship funds may apply those funds toward tuition as they become available through the program.

The enrollment fee is non-refundable. 

The activity and materials fee is refundable if a student withdraws before the start of the academic year. Once the school year begins, this fee becomes non-refundable.

Enrollment is intended as a commitment for the full academic year. Families who need to withdraw are asked to provide 30 days written notice, and tuition remains due during the notice period.

Trailhead Learning reserves the right to dismiss a student if the program is not a good fit for the learning community. In such cases, unused prepaid tuition will be refunded.

Enrollment is intentionally limited to preserve the strength and balance of the learning community. Age groupings and classroom dynamics are thoughtfully considered to support a healthy, collaborative environment.
